Synopsis
Ordinary teen Takaya learns he's reincarnated Lord Kagetora, must fight spirits with Naoe while rival clans threaten.
Takaya Ougi is an ordinary high-school student whose only wish is to keep his best friend safe and enjoy a quiet life. His world shifts when the mysterious Nobutsuna Naoe appears and reveals that Takaya is the reincarnation of the formidable Lord Kagetora. Naoe, a fellow possessor, re-awakens Takaya’s dormant powers to banish malevolent spirits and stand against the encroaching Feudal Underworld. Unlike other possessors, Takaya has no memories of his past life—something Naoe views as both a blessing and a curse. As Takaya struggles to master his newfound abilities, he begins to sense echoes of a complicated history between himself and Naoe. With rival clans such as the Hojo and Fuma stirring in the shadows, the boundary between the living world and the supernatural realm grows ever thinner, and Takaya must decide how far he is willing to go to protect those he cares about.
