Synopsis
Reporters hunt legendary pacifist outlaw Vash, whose presence attracts chaos and bounty hunters to a desert town.
On the desert planet of Noman's Land, veteran reporter Meryl Stryfe and her cameraman Roberto De Niro hunt for the legendary outlaw Vash the Stampede—an elusive gunslinger whose very name is said to bring ruin wherever he wanders. When their search leads them to the dusty settlement of Jeneora Rock, they discover a smiling, spiky-haired drifter who insists he’s “just passing through.” Locals call him a goofy pacifist; wanted posters call him a human disaster worth sixty billion double-dollars. As Meryl tries to separate myth from man, bounty hunters descend on the town, drawn by the astronomical price on Vash’s head. Caught between trigger-happy mercenaries and the mystery of why chaos trails one seemingly harmless wanderer, the reporters—and the town—must decide whether Vash is savior, storm, or something stranger still.
