I personally loved this, I was unsure about the 3D animation at first but the show is extremely well animated. I actually find all of the characters charming and well designed. The show was engaging from beginning to end it was an anime I couldn't stop watching. I watched this through at least twice. The English dub was exceptional, all of the voices matched the characters perfectly in my mind. It also got me curious about the original. I watched it soon after but I still massively prefer this version. That would probably make me a pariah in some circles but I think this isone of the best anime ever made.
