Bakumatsu Crisis is the second season of Bakumatsu and... It is the crisis, indeed. Season 1 was okay in my eyes, so why not a second... But it's rubbish. From the start, I knew it was screwed. They don't know where to go, the story becomes a little ridiculous. Honestly, despite the flaws of the first season, I would have accepted the same quality for this one, but it's very very confusing, and if the first season was a flower that we stopped watering after a week, This one is a flower that decided to rot from the second day. Really disappointing and useless. I still rate it4 for beauty and era.
