I remember when I was a kid that I love love LOVED this movie. I used to watch the DVD over and over again when I was younger. So, I decided to rewatch it and... it wasn't as good as I remember. Don't get me wrong, it was still a solid movie and made me remember that excitement from a kid. It's corny and some of the voice acting is kind of iffy, mainly with Spencer Hale. However, most of the VAs did a great job, so they should get full credit. Most of all, I really enjoyed the background music, especially the opening Johto song. It mightalso be my own preference for crystalline art, I loved the design of the crystallised mansion.
