It's great. Watch first four episodes and decide for yourselves. I'm not a fan of cybernetic or sci-fi anime, but this anime is amazing, the action sequences keep getting better. There are few places where they could've skipped it, but other than that it's an amazing series. They have put a lot of work into the landscapes, character animation, action sequences and more. Yes there are some flaws, but at this quality of art, it's fine.And they have used different music at different scenarios, it suits well and great.

There are very few annoying or skippable scenes, worth it, please watch it.
