Synopsis
AI-governed Earth exiles criminals to Moon, sparking lunar rebellion; broken man Jack Shadow confronts justice and humanity.
In a not-too-distant future, humanity has established a loosely organized world government with everything managed by an international AI network called Sapientia. People live peaceful lives by loyally obeying its rational decisions. However, Sapientia's lunar development project, which sends criminals and pollutants to the Moon to maintain Earth's peace, creates disparity and poverty on the Moon, sparking tensions between Earth and its lunar colony. Jacob "Jack" Shadow, a man whose life has been shattered by tragedy, finds himself drawn into the growing conflict between the two worlds. As he becomes involved in the escalating situation on the Moon, he will encounter forces on both sides that challenge his understanding of justice, loyalty, and what it means to be human in an age of artificial governance.
