Lovesickness of the Wolf

Thousands of years ago, numerous experiments to combine human and animal DNA resulted in the creation of beastmen—beings with human-like appearances and animal characteristics. Nowadays, they live regular lives and often intermingle with humans. Wolf-type beastman Haine Touya has been looking forward to scouting interesting freshmen at his university. After spotting rabbit beastman Mizuki, Haine approaches and flirts with him, but he is soon stopped by Natsuo Taira—the childhood human friend of Mizuki with an emotionless face. By accident, Haine scratches Natsuo; as an apology, he lets the other touch his ears. Strangely entranced by Natsuo, Haine kisses him and leaves the scene—unable to comprehend why he feels such emotions for a mere human. Haine realizes that, for the first time, he has seriously fallen in love with someone. Resolved to make Natsuo his partner, Haine must sweep him off his feet and demonstrate commitment in the daring pursuit for his affection.
