A dark night in a small town, a massive trailer truck speeds in recklessly, swerving dangerously before crashing into a guardrail and overturning. Doctor Sejin, having taken a wrong turn, stumbles upon the accident scene. What she finds is a man still alive, despite having a metal pipe impaled through his head... A perfect medical anomaly, something no ordinary human could survive. To Sejin, the man was nothing short of a miracle sent from above.
