Synopsis
Student Hiroyuki leads Hikari Club's lychee-powered robot Litchi, sparking internal conflicts and unexpected robot behavior.
By day, Hiroyuki Tsunekawa is an average student at Keikou Middle School, a dreary all-boys school in an industrial town. When the school day ends, however, Hiroyuki becomes "Zera," the enigmatic, beauty-obsessed emperor of the cult-like Hikari Club. This secretive organization has been working on a mysterious project involving an intelligent humanlike robot powered by lychee fruit, designed with a singular purpose that remains shrouded in secrecy. As the robot—named "Litchi"—finally completes its intended mission, tensions within the Hikari Club begin to rise. The once-unified group finds itself facing internal conflicts as power dynamics shift and loyalties are tested. Meanwhile, Litchi itself begins to exhibit behaviors that challenge the club's original expectations, leading to unforeseen complications that threaten the very foundation of their organization.
