Synopsis
Anime company worker Kishi harbors feelings for colleague Chiyo, who lives a double life with musician partner Tamaki, while students Kiki and Mayu discover themselves in Tokyo.
Working at an anime company, the young yet unmotivated Kishi is visibly frustrated with his life, especially regarding his unresolved feelings toward his colleague Chiyo. Despite just a few months of experience, Chiyo has already become a skilled animation director. But to Kishi's dismay, she always acts coldly in the office. However, Chiyo turns into an entirely different person at home, where she lives with her partner, Tamaki Ookawa. The tomboyish and flamboyant Tamaki is the bassist of a newly formed band, Nyan Nyan. Having previously aspired to become a visual artist, Tamaki eventually gave up on her dream due to her family and opted for music. Meanwhile, Kiki and Mayu, two middle school students from Hokkaido, go on a school trip to Tokyo. After separating from others, the two decide to visit Harajuku, where Kiki is rejuvenated with a goal of her own.1. It's Nice to Be Young. 2. Mahou ga Tsukaenakutemo (Even If I Can't Use Magic) 3.
