Magami Massugu, a third-grader who always make a racket in his neighborhood, downtown of Tokyo. Knowing his father is the one who made spare-parts for H-II, a Japanese rocket, he insist to go to Tanegashima to watch the rocket launch. Moved by the scene, he aspire to become an astronaut.
