Synopsis
Karashi, eternally alone on a mountain, mourns vanished creatures in this award-winning debut about loneliness.
Once upon a time, as if she were spirited away, Karashi disappeared. Now she spends eternity on a mountain alone. All the beasts, humans, and mononoke that she met during that time have all ceased to exist. Everyone else has disappeared, but Warashi alone is and isn't there. This story is for all the creatures who are suffering from loneliness. This is the first collection of the Chizu Wada's debut work, which won the 16th AX Manga Newcomer Award and Minami Shinbo Award in 2014.
