At Inokashira High School, Kouichirou is assigned by his teacher to take care for the welcoming party for the female foreign student from Hong Kong who is going to study in his class. While he's having headache with the class's condition, he heard something loud. The source of that noise are one huge Helicopter and 3 more planes, and the girl who step out from that helicopter? She's Fang Ran, the heiress of the Chang Family, the richest family in Hong Kong.
