Twilight Out of Focus: Overlap

It has been three months since roommates Mao Tsuchiya and Hisashi Ootomo started dating, and life could not be better. The film club's boys' love production orchestrated by the second-year members has been successfully screened at the school's film festival but falls short of winning the contest. Though bitter, Mao and the crew are determined to make their next production even better. However, Mao's growing awareness of his own romantic inexperience begins to weigh on him as he navigates his budding relationship with Ootomo. Things get more hectic when the short film ends up going viral on the internet, directing the attention toward Ootomo—who played one of the lead roles in it. As Mao watches his boyfriend struggle with the sudden exposure, he realizes he will need to find a way to support Ootomo before it is too late.
