Synopsis
Photographer Midori discovers his muse in violent judo prodigy Arata, capturing her hidden depths through unexpected modeling sessions.
Despite being a photographer, the one thing second-year high school student Midori Okimizu cannot seem to find is a subject he wants to capture. That all changes one day when he watches Arata Shishi, a first-year student well-known for being violent, flawlessly completing a judo throw known as a seoi nage on another student. The expression on Shishi's face compels Okimizu to take a photo of a person for the first time ever. Shishi notices the boy taking her photo and confronts Okimizu. Fully expecting her to retaliate against him physically, Okimizu is shocked when Shishi asks to see the photograph instead. Complimenting the shot, Shishi wishes she could learn more about herself, giving Okimizu the idea to ask her to be a model. While Okimizu is still terrified of Shishi, he begins to understand her character through his photography, including the reason behind her notorious reputation.
