That Summer is Ending

This is the second of Tamura Yumi's series "Tamu no Nandemo Capsule". Intrigued and sniffing the scent of a big story, he offers to let the man stay at his apartment. But, who is this strange man and why is he carrying around a dead body? Is Billy in over his head?
