Even though Jio desires to see the wider world shaped by dragonfolk—individuals with supernatural abilities—her dreams may well be out of her reach. Her father insists that Jio live out her life in their quiet, rural hometown. The thought of becoming an adventurer like her legendary idol, Yuri Holst, seems even more improbable than ever before. One day, Jio crosses paths with a young man named Neraid, who is on a journey to recover his lost memories. To make matters more interesting, the missing memories seem to be connected to Yuri. However, a run-in with the authorities makes Jio realize that her idol might not be so heroic after all. In order to uncover the truth behind who they both are, Jio and Neraid set off on a perilous journey to explore the depths of the kingdom they reside in.
