Clara was a nurse at Central Hospital on Fezzan, and the former fiancée of Imperial High Admiral Cornelius Lutz. She met Lutz whilst he was recuperating in hospital following a terrorist bombing which occurred on Fezzan in April of 800 UC. By mid-July of the same year, they were engaged to be married.
