In a future where "Metal Fight" has become the world's most popular televised sport, giant robots clash in spectacular battles for the ultimate championship title. Kurenai Ken, a determined young pilot, teams up with his partner Saeba Shoko to compete in this high-stakes arena. Together, they command the powerful Super Robot Fighter known as Red Baron, entering the tournament with dreams of claiming the championship crown. Standing between them and victory are numerous skilled rivals from across the globe, each with their own unique fighting machines and ambitions. As the competition intensifies, Ken and Shoko must push themselves and their robot to the absolute limit to survive the brutal tournament and achieve their goal of becoming the Best Metal Fighter in the World.
