Also in both animes many characters are introduced that are minor characters but they still make appearances in future episodes. The only big difference is the aspect of comedy. Handa can't read anyone emotions at all whereas on the other hand Saiki can read peoples emotions a bit too well.

Both characters seem emotionally disconnected and cold. Both series have characters with vibrant and slightly overexaggerated personalities, with a similar sense of humor in its comedy. Both are in a Japnese high school setting, and follow these not-so-everyday characters through their everyday lives.
