User Recommendations for Chobits

Though Chobits certainly doesn't have the same level of violence that Elfen Lied has (or any), I feel both are very similar in the setup. Both are harem's with a vague plot to try cover the pointless nudity/cuteness, and Nyu and Chi share almost every personality trait.

Besides the fact that Elfen Lied is more gory, bloody, and lets face it- Violent, it has a big similarity with Chobits. Both the main characters have sides, They are named by the sounds they make, (Chobits is Chii, and Elfen Lied is Nyuu) Fall in love with the college man who found them, etc. Just watch it and you will see.

Elfen Lied Is extremely gory and bloody Chobits well isnt Chobits is about a teenager who go's to the city and comes across a chobit on the ground, computers that walk around and are interactive. Normaly female and resembles humans only beautiful and flawless. He finds one laying on the ground who has lost its memory and of course its a smarter one that is a girl and is gorgous. But has lost all her memories and says meow or meu something like that. Elfen lied Teenager Finds alice naked forgets all her memory girl and also says meu. Chobits is romantic comedy, thats surrounded by this mysterios chobit robot

Intertwining elements of science fiction, drama, comedy, and romance, Eflen Lied is another enjoyable anime to watch. The storylines of both are similar in terms of conflict that threatens the relationships between the male protagonists and the non-human girls. Both girls are also adorably innocent and naïve, leading to quite a few hilarious ecchi moments.

Elfen Lied at first seems like the polar opposite of Chobits, I don't want to give much away. Note: this is only if you want something more extreme than Chobits (ex. something more gory and ecchi-ish)

These animes are somewhat similar because they both have a character with split personalities. In one of the split personalities that you will see in both animes are clueless and only know how to say one word but they will gradually learn to speak. Elfen lied is a lot more violent and the story line is much darker but they are both really good.

Both are about a girl who loses her memory and can only say one word. They also both have different looking ears/horns...

There arrives a girl out of nowhere , they only say one word (Lucy:Nyu and Chobits:Chii) and they both getting hunted by someone . But Chobits has no gore nor blood, it's just Romance with a slight of comedy in it.
