They both literally have almost same plot: 1. The mc is fired from their respective field of works. 2. The firing person/group later regrets and want to bring them back. 3. The mc in question refuses to return and settles peacefully with his wife in a town. 4. The fmc is quite physically powerful but cute. 5. The mc are useless in combat, but a key in holding the functions of group to not cease, in short key of holding them together. 6. The group is totally useless without mc. Differences: 1. The employer is Demon King Army in one and Hero Party in another. 2. In one, the person who fired him changed

In both shows main character gets fired from his previous job by the evil chief, and then starts a new life in the small countryside with the beautiful girl

1. Both have similar premises of the "Banishement" theme. 2. Both have MCs who are humble characters, who can think through things maturely. 3. Both have FMCs who are strong and competent. 4. Both have decent romances between main pairs. 5. Both premises have the Slow-Life atmosphere going around in them. 6. The setting for both series takes place in the countryside. "Shin no Nakama ja Nai to Yuusha no Party wo Oidasareta node, Henkyou de Slow Life suru Koto ni Shimashita" can sometimes feel heavy-hearted, despite the lightness of the series. Though, those conflicting scenarios do not distract the series from its initial premise and payoff
