The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King · review

Basically, the protagonist is a warrior who frustrated society with the role they expected her to play as a married woman, and after losing a battle, she was kidnapped to become a married woman. This anime could be much more fun if its focus wasn't on that. The problem isn't the romance, it's the superficiality of the characters. Serafina goes from a prestigious and imposing warrior to a silly and clumsy tsundere girl. But the world's story itself is light and predictable. It's an interesting anime to pass the time. Two regions are at war, and the protagonist, who fights for her country's honor, begins to have hervision frustrated upon discovering that the enemy isn't so bad after all. She, who fought in ignorance, will probably discover that she was on the colonizer's side.
