I started reading this on a whim and I’m ditching it with a passion. I hate stories like this. I hate stories where a genuinely decent guy just trying to do his best is constantly shit on and treated badly for the sake of the “joke”. Lucas is a genuinely nice guy who just wants to keep his sister safe and protect her future, who is reacting in the reasonable way a person should react to everything that happens around him and all he gets for it is beat up, insulted, arrested, and mistreated. That’s not funny, that’s bullshit. In my opinion the only redeemingquality of this story is it’s art. If the story changes away from how it is currently acting in the future feel free to let me know and I’ll give it another chance but as of now, dropped and not recommended.
