This is a great Manhwa! The plot is intriguing and the characters are fun to read about. While the art style for season 1 was nice, i definitely prefer the new style because it suits them more. They no longer look like teenagers, but actually like adults in their 20s, especially considering the fact that they are supposed to be Knights who train daily (minus Jesse, of course). I wish Cedric was more expressive and Jesse less dense, but I can see why the creator chose to skirt around the dynamics lol (seeing as it's not a BL, even if many wish it was.) The plotnever felt boring, though the progress seemed a little slow from time to time. The constant struggle Jesse has as both his position as a diplomatic hostage, and Yeseo, a regular guy who just wants to go back to his family, breaks my heart. His character is so well written!

Overall, I'm really enjoying this so far, and i hope that they don't nerf the plot 🫥
