The first spinoff of The Ancient Magus Bride. Originally a short story included in the light novels the golden and silver yarn this story takes us to another part of the world and shows us just How varied magic can be. Following the title character jack the flash a fae detective in New York working with her half wolf “human brother” this series gives us a fascinating look into just how different the magic world can be between “the old world and the new” a must read for any devoted fan of the original series who wants to know even more of the world. Ialready know how the short story ended and if the manga manages to capture it well it will be a fantastic read. I’m also personally hoping the series will continue past where the short story ended, but even if it doesn’t this is a great series and I can’t wait for the next volume.
