The Goddess's Sprinter · review
I actually studied the same thing as her in neurochemistry and her methods could lowkey be effective but her reasoning is flawed. change in test due to sexual activity and ejaculation is basically negligible. Thing is, her experiment seems to be more hinged on the idea that she can use his libido to motivate him. Working hard allows him to get edged, which of course would yield improvement in his track times, but this isn't boosting his test, it's just boosting his dopamine. Any minor T benefit would come secondarily from his better workouts. Sexual anticipation is an extremely potent dopamine driver for many men afterall.
If any baddies are reading this, hit me up and we can get our own experiment going
