The synopsis here on MAL was taken straight from the description of the visual novel game, which I did not play. It hardly matches the content of the anime. The anime does not seem to cover most of the games story and misses any kind of introductions. So the episodes are kind of random and miss a continuous plot. It's basically just the girls partaking in random events and the supposed main character Tomohiro Izumi is rarely spotted. Probably the anime is supposed to complement the game, but for a standalone series, I think there is just too much plot missing.
