Review of Wind Breaker Season 2

I was skeptical about WindBreaker at first, but as someone who's current on the manga, I can say, my goodness, this manga and especially the story are good. Haruka as the MC is not only perfect for this story, but fits perfectly into the WindBreakers district. His growth into the leadership role, despite a lot of obstacles and constantly having to confront his past, is simply fantastic. Every moment when he seems happy or even laughs for a moment is a moment of joy for me, especially for someone who has just as much trouble making friends and is often alone. He is supported byfantastic characters like Umemiya, Kotoha, Nirei, Suo, Kaji, etc., who always help him back if he suffers a setback, give him help and advice, and stand by him. You can also really see how the world grows after each arc. Satoru Nii's vision for the characters and the world becomes more and more apparent. What I can't praise enough is the first arc after the anime, where everything from seasons 1 and 2 comes together and culminates in a damn strong antagonist in Endo, who embodies the other side of Haruka and thinks like one. The film has good fights, not just physical but also psychological, and characters you can not only empathize with, but identify with.
