Momoiro Bouenkyou anime review - Contains Spoilers - Story: An old man takes over the task of raising a very young, school age girl. He cares for her, but he does subtly manipulate her emotions to get her to please him sexually. He praises her for being honest whenever she wets the bed, and he insists on helping to clean her in the bath. She likes the attention so they bathe together more often, and he offers her ice cream as an additional reward for being so well-behaved with him. When he asks if she likes anyone in school, she declares that she’s solely interested inpleasing him.
So, depending on your perspective of fictional pedophilia, the story is either an extremely disgusting slice of life, or one that effectively sets the stage for a few sexual encounters. In either case, the story delivers well on those expectations.

The characters have detailed, polished designs, and are well animated. The backgrounds are usually kept out of focus, but they do help keep the presentation colorful and beautiful.

The voice acting and sounds are cute, slightly above average.

The individual elements of this project are strong, but when combined they form an even higher quality package. Regardless of personal taste, this project does stand out a bit in the medium.
