Steins Gate is by far one of my favourite anime.I really love this anime for its concept and character development. To be honest,I understand why people didnt like this anime compared to the first one.I totally understand considering that this anime looks and sounds like crashes of idea and to be fair i did feel that at one point but the story line is weird(Considering all the time travel and everything) it is bound to be weird. Steins gate season one showed an ending which Okabe Succeeded ?? But Steins Gate 0 is like if he didnt succeed kind of situation. Steins Gate 0 didnt have theending too.It was like incomplete and i think this anime has come to an end.

Story-Wise

This anime's concept is unique af.It is a continuation from the first season which shows what ignited the WW3.This anime starts off with Our self proclaimed mad scientist losing his 8th grade syndrome and back to him living a normal life instead of screaming MUAHAHAHAHHAHA.After a few episodes,it triggers a cutscene of his past lovers which was hurting him from the inside.Then,come an event which made Okabe changes his decision and decided to move on.Mayushi helps trigger an event which change how okabe things and then YEAH.Stuff happens

Art

Steins Gate has a really nice artstyle but nothing amazing.Its nice and they barely made any change to any character from the first season.

Sound

Oh boy,i love the sound track.They have alot of soundtrack and all of them are really nice.They put in so much effort and also apply the music correctly to the theme of the anime.TOTALLY LOVE IT

Character

Characters in this anime are mostly waifu even Ruka who is male.There are character development and our main protangonist action are understandable from some viewpoint considering what he faced.Some people might find it cringy for him losing his shit but then if you go through the same thing like he did i doubt anyone would be fine after that.

Enjoyment

this anime is everything for me.Enjoyment?Totallly,would be nice to see some nice romance between Okabe with Makise or Mayushi but man.Things come to an end.I enjoyed every bit of this anime.

Overall

This is a really good anime with really good storyline.With good anime like this there are bound to be haters and yes.Everyone tastes in anime are totally different.
