Review of Nisekoi: False Love

Who knew something that was done to death can still be as refreshing as this?! Yeah Nisekoi is that kind of story. So don't expect a compelling story like Steins;Gate's or a Haruhi Suzumiya's XD Story 7: First of all its story is basically a Modern Romeo and Juliet story with a twist because both Raku and Chitoge's family's are feuding but the way to end it is to have them be "boyfriend and girlfriend." The story doesn't end there. There is a conflict with the memories of our beloved protagonist as he tries to remember the girl whom he made a promise with 10 yearsago. Very Convenient amnesia bros XD Still pretty neat anyways

Art 10: Damn Shaft, you make everything look so grand. I dont mean it in a bad way, honestly that's what other animation studios should aim to be. Excluding Kyo-ani and Production I.G. Shaft I believe is in that Big 3. The way it is animated may confuse some of the viewers but worry not, that's just Shaft doing its magic.

Sound 5: I personally am not a fan of ClariS because the way she sounds so generic. Honestly this is the weakest part of the show because even the BG Music is so dull it makes you bored. Nonetheless that's just Shaft for you but if you want a Shaft animated show that has god-tier music, try the Puella Magi Madoka Magica. That was where ClariS hit the right notes.

Character 7: The characters were really something you would see from a typical harem show. A normal looking guy who every pretty likes. There are so many types of girls here XD There is a tsundere, an obssessive girl, a quiet shy type, a loyal servant, and a big sister type( you will find her later if you read the manga). Yeah nothing original but it just feels so refreshing. XD

Enjoyment 10: No matter how generic the plot may be as long as you really enjoyed just like I did, It wont really matter because it is really FRESH! In short, I am saying that you will forget how done to death the story is because you enjoyed it so much.

OVERALL: A 9. I AM EAGER FOR THE SEASON 2. GO NISEKOI, THE MANLIEST SHOJO LOVE STORY! :D
