Review of Devilman: Crybaby

All I can say is wow! This was the best way to start out 2018, this anime I honestly didn't expect much from. But it turned out to be the best thing I've seen in a long time, It was gory but had a great story. It was not only funny but heartfelt and meaningful. It actually made me feel for the characters. So much so that I did cry when it ended. The art was an interesting choice, it having little to no other colors. Just base colors, but it worked. The sound was good, it had an amazing soundtrack. And the only thingI was a bit annoyed about was all the sex scenes, there are so many sex scenes and rape scenes, that I think it was taking up too much of the anime. But other than that I it was amazing and far better than expected and now it has pushed me to watch the original Devil Man.
