Hand Shakers was an "Attempt" at an action SOL story with some deeper meaning behind it. Fortunately it failed at that and became a fun train wreck to watch, except when it actively tries to give you motion sickness with its camera movement, poor action, and poor art. Fair warning, I don't expect you to watch this so I will be spoiling some things about this show. It has a soundtrack though, albeit I don't remember it but it didn't make my ears bleed. The characters were all a singular personality trait with a gimmick, whether it be "Doting sister who reads tarot cards" or "Generic idolwho quotes things." Some of these are fun such as the Idol but the rest of them are just obnoxious save for three characters, The restaurant manager loli with a temper, and her underling who apologizes for everything. This duo is very entertaining when on screen, and honestly if they were the main characters of this story it probably would have been at least more fun to watch. The other interesting character is the lead girl Koyori. She is a fun character to watch because of her inability to speak and this leads to the writers having to be creative to how she expresses her emotions. Shame this gets thrown out the window toward then end of the series and she becomes LESS of a character when she gains the ability to speak.

In the end this show commits a big sin for a shitty anime, its boring. The main character is bland and doesn't mesh with the rest of the show, None of the action sequences are good or even laughably bad like the first one. The story tries to be #deep but ultimately becomes a semi-predictable ride that just isn't fun. 3/10 its not bloodivores.
