Review of Fate/Zero

This is a non spoiler review. This is a great series to watch. I watched it as a entry into the Fate Universe. You get a lot of info and background on the characters, the rules of the "game" their motives. The art is astounding, really well made and the computer CGI is well integrated with the rest of the drawing. Movement during battles is nicely done. Where they really exaggerated I think is with Irrisviel's eyes, really huge even for anime standards, sometimes she looks like an alien. Saber's eyes although big as well, they look nice and expressive. Detailing is nicely done, thelight during sunsets is amazing, Ufotable is good at that, many of their shows have that.

Sound is good, music is nice during the battle scenes and very fitting. Watched in the Japanese dub, English voice over is not bad, helps you understand better some of the dialogue heavy scenes.

This is definitely a show to watch, but the show has a season 2 and it's meant to be watched together. This season sets the stage for season 2!
