If you need to kill 30 minutes and really need a laugh at something goofy and utterly non-nonsensical, Plastic Nee-san will definitely will that void. Best to watch it when you're already in a reduced state of mind, like sleep deprived at 3 in the morning. The name and opening are completely misleading. This has almost nothing to do with model building and is instead just a dozen absurd sketches with a rapid set up and pay off, comedy that pulls no punches and gets away with a lot of really risque humor and scenarios, all with animation quality that is honestly more than the premisedeserves.
