The plot happens in the not far off future when Earth always faces danger from rain of meteors. To fight this, a team of young and good-looking ladies called Comet Blasters is made. Their mission is to stop the big rocks falling from space before they can hurt anyone or anything. The tale is about four girls, called Shizuha, Ayamo and Karin. They are working to be Meteor Sweepers - a team that takes care of the pieces left behind after big stars break into smaller ones. Everyone wants to be a Comet Blaster, but only the top Meteor Sweepers are allowed for tests. Mikaze, whohas a family of pilots, is getting lots of pressure to do well. Even though at first she has skills like other people, later she becomes a top pilot when things get bad. But, her careless flying can sometimes put others in harm's way. People who like Mikaze's story will be drawn in, but those fond of Yuri should take a liking to Miharu and Karin. They are sexy characters ready for battle with an attraction that isn’t typical towards Mikaze.

What makes the series good is that there's a big secret government thing happening which adds complication to the main story. A strange case of viral lesbianism is spreading among the minor characters. It can be passed to others if they kiss or have close contact with one another, which may also include other private moments. At first, it only affects women but then also some men.

Miharu and the other Comet Blasters are not really gay; they are being made into something bad by a mean virus from space. They didn't choose this, it was forced on them. Miharu's real love is a mechanic who used to be her boyfriend. He works on the first type of spaceship that can save everyone in his garage. Karin, too, beats her lesbian feelings caused by the virus. She realizes that she loves Mikaze as just a friend. She goes back to her boring and unexciting character, but now she has a little more speaking lines. Mikaze's crew then take on a mission in space to save the day from bad things like space disease stuff, girls loving other girls who kiss them passionately many times per session of playtime not meant for bed action time fun hours hard that crash spaceships into outer universe big

Is this series worth watching? I can't say. For people who like space stories, they might enjoy it. But for me its full of times when I would say "oh ok". The extra stuff that gives fans a touch more pleasure was mostly not fun to watch because it showed panties in an unnecessary way. It seems like the show bosses thought they had to put up views of Comet Blasters on their rockets from behind.
