Review of Neon Genesis Evangelion

Abysmal. Waste of time. Beginning was promising but it dropped to banal and pathetic characters and obvious "deep" thoughts. Main character is the most disgusting person I've ever seen. And this moron "saves" the world. Don't forget a banal move of having two girls with opposite tempers. And a "father" that makes "tough" decisions. I don't know how I've survived 26 episodes but I honestly want that time back. I genuinely regret watching all of it. I guess I somehow hoped that after a peppy start it will come back to that level but it didn't. By the end I really wished all ofthem were dead. Wasted potential.
