This is a perfect example of an anime that will make you feel entirely happy with every episode that you watch. The nostalgic flashbacks that are shown in the series hit you very lightly, but perfectly. I was very satisfied with the many episodes that came after this first season as well so give those a go after this season. Story: The slow pace of this episodic anime does not cause any harm to it at all. In fact, it helps that the story does not try to delve too far into Takashi's grandmother because it is inferred that the story will focus mainly onhim and the cat. It's hard to describe the vibe of this anime but if I had to give a few I'd say that it makes you feel mellow and relaxed while showing the kindness that exists in their world. You'll have to watch this anime if you want to know more of what it is I'm talking about.

Art: The art in this anime is definitely not the best. If I had to, I would say that it fits in entirely with every other aspect of the anime. I am not a fan of poor art, but while this isn't the best art out there, it certainly does not disappoint so I am not going criticize it.

Sound: Amazing, if there was one word to describe it purely. The music that rolls on throughout each episode is exceptionally soothing and relaxing. In a way, it's very persuasive and makes you feel what the producer intended for you to feel from the anime. I personally believe that the ending fits in brilliantly into what you have felt throughout each episode. Such a great influx of feels it makes you dwell into as you recap on what had happened in the episode.

Character: There are not that many main characters to focus on, which is a good thing because once you get too jumbled up with the amount of characters there are, its hard to focus that well on how the story will develop. Although that doesn't always happen, it certainly did not hurt to focus on a select few. This anime had great ties between the character being focused upon each episode and made you want to know more. Still, the satisfaction from each episode remains on the surface and you only need to know what they give you in each episode.

Enjoyment: I enjoyed this anime a lot. I was ecstatic when I found out that there were more to this series. I could not get enough of the great atmosphere this anime brings. All I can say at this point is if you've read this, then you might as well give this anime a shot. Don't forget to enjoy the small things!

Overall: 10/10 For being such a great anime.
