Review of [Oshi No Ko]

The synopsis written in the description is very misleading so I figured I'd write my own. Unfortunately it's not possible to even describe this show without spoiling the first episode, so YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Anyway, this show is not just idols and about being one (although it partially is). It has a very dark side as well. Gorou Amemiya, a gynecologist in a countryside hospital, is a huge fan of top idol Ai Hoshino, so he's devastated when she goes on hiatus due to health issues, but then she shows up in his hospitals and it turns out she's actually pregnant with twins. Unfortunately for Gorou,he is stabbed to death by a stalker fan of Ai, who finds out about her pregnancy. To his surprise, he is reborn as Aquamarine Hoshino - one of Ai's (hidden from view) children.
He enjoys life as a top idol's kid with his twin sister Ruby (who also happens to be reincarnated), until one day she is also stabbed to death - by the same stalker, right in front of Aquas's eyes. While the killer himself commits suicide shortly after, Aqua realizes that he had too much inside information, meaning that he must have had an accomplice from Ai's inner circle, and swears revenge, but in order to sniff out the culprit, he needs to stay in the showbiz. Meanwhile, his sister Ruby tries to follow her mother's footsteps and dying wish and become an idol herself.
