A simple fantasy sci-fi anime with surprises in it, though with some nice and smooth animation. This show revolves around a demon lord that is defeated and decides to hibernate for a thousand years. To then wake up in the future with a weaker form and where humans have forgotten how to use magic, and technology now mostly rules. You then follow how he becomes a part of a squad only made up of women, and has made strong relation to one of them. The plot in itself is in no way mind baffling, and is honestly very predictable with little to any plot twists. The plotis still building on itself and is making progression in the story, though be it a rather bland one.

The characters are not that original or very interesting, only showing very few deeper details to them. None of them seems extremely irritating, dumb or something similar, they just seem very stereotypical and bland. For the relations and development of the characters are some shown, but not as much as would be expected over 12 episodes, which is somewhat disappointing, since that could have helped spicing up the show.

When it comes to animation, is it rather clean and has some great details for some effects, which makes it more pleasant to watch. It also has few fan service moments spread out through the series.

Overall would i say it is a bland anime with an OP main character and has nothing special to it. But it is not doing anything clearly bad, so if you just like this kind of anime or want something easy to watch then it might be worth watching, otherwise I would look elsewhere.
