Review of Dan Da Dan

This show is absolutely wonderful - the character writing is great, the action is kinetic and fun, and the absolute insanity of the plot is always entertaining. Ken and Ayase's friendship/love was legitimately really cute and touching, and while I wasn't the biggest fan of some of the supporting characters, Ken and Ayase always kept things grounded (as grounded as this show can be). Episode 7 is a massive highlight, as I'm sure everyone watching agrees. But that ending... yeah, I don't know, ending your season midway through a story arc was NOT it. But I will be eagerly awaiting the second season.
