Review of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations

Honestly didn't even properly watch it all, watched all the manga canon episodes, some filler/anime canon episodes that I read the summary for and thought I would enjoy. this show would easily be an 8 or higher if they didn't fill it with unnecessary filler and boring plot to allow the manga to get ahead. A lot of this boring plot is what they call "anime canon" which doesn't happen in the manga but adds to the story. It really just adds plot holes and confusion and are some of the most boring episodes I have ever watched. Looking at the imdb ratings alone andnoticing that manga canon episodes get more than 8.0/10 sometimes even 9-10/10, while filler episodes get as low as 4.0/10 just tells you enough about this anime. I just had to vent my frustrations after realizing the potential this anime had to be much better after catching up to the manga.
