Review of My First Girlfriend is a Gal
Story: so the story is about Junichi as its the spring of love and he cant seem to find a girlfriend so his friends deiced he should ask out Yame who is a gyaru at first she does say No to him but later on in the episode she decided that she will go out with him that's pretty much the story in a nutshell (pretty much after that you see how Junichi and Yame dating goes). Art: the art is actually pretty good here nothing to complain about honestly. Sound: so the Op is pretty good if you like dub step you'll like it the OPisn't that BAD like some people make it out to be otherwise the ED is kinda meh but decent at best also will say that i watched the dub not the sub and the dub is actually pretty good not the greatest but is still good.
Character: Junichi is the main male lead in this anime and honestly he is kinda the shy type when it comes to his girlfriend Yame and well also to when the lewd stuff happenes to him otherwise he is a nice character for this anime i thought even though he can be dense.Yame is the main female of the series and well she is a gyaru honestly she is pretty much a go happy person like that's easily the best way to describe in this anime she also can be a tease somtimes to Junichi but otherwise i liked her character. Ranko is a supporting character and is a friend of Yame who is also a gyaru she has a pretty almost mean streak with Junichi (you'll she it in the anime so yeah) cause Ranko really likes Yame wouldn't say yandere but kinda close also no idea if shes actually bi or a lesbian but yeah a decent character. Nene is another supporting character she isn't a gyaru but she becomes one just for Junichi also should mention that they are childhood friends otherwise shes a pretty happy girl. Yui is another supporting character and the last person ill cover here she is well a gyaru as well but she only really shows it on live streams but she does like Junichi but as more of a servant basically like that she is a pretty nice character here.
Enjoyment: Things that i liked: this anime is actually pretty funny like i was laughing pretty good through out this whole anime and it was really just a enjoyment to watch and also the ecchi isn't really have bad either honestly. Things that i didn't like: ill say honestly its about to character first Nene i actually liked her but the thing is they put her in highschool gave her a loli type body (which i don't mind) but thing is they gave her boobs the size of a basketball or a watermelon which is unrealistic to me. also another character Minoru he well is a total pedophile he likes kids even in a episode he has a map where all the little girls live like yeah a freaking terrible character. this is more for people this anime has a F ton of ecchi so if that's not your thing than don't watch this i love ecchi so this anime didn't bother me or anything.
Overall: im giving this anime a 8 yes i actually am i can understand why this this anime gets the hate it does but honestly this anime is actually a enjoyable watch when it comes to the comedy to the bits of romance in also to just to how i pretty much loved all the characters (expect one) to how enjoyable this anime was to the ecchi being pretty good as well don't just write it off when you look at it this anime is easily worth the watch and i do recommend it.
