Review of Dororo

Well after I finished this I went to sleep, and now I'm back to give my thoughts. It's good, go watch it. A great tale of revenge of discovering one's self (a bit literally given the premise). You'll find good characters throughout, with most having moderately redeemable moments for even some of the supposed bad guys. The story handles everything rather well, and given how good this looks visually I can say it's rather nice. The original source material and the original anime adaptation are 50 years old, so this being re-adapted with newer visuals and streamlining a bit of the story (turning what oncewas I believe 28 demons into 12, which I feel probably benefited the story overall) was great, and they still had bits to pay homage to the originals, which is also good. If you like the sound of the synopsis, or are on the fence, just go watch the show, it's great, I enjoyed it, and highly recommend it. Now go watch and enjoy.
