Worst Soulmate Ever · review
This story is chaotic, and I do mean that in both good and bad way. In a good way, I think the way they do (bickering) enemies to lovers is pretty enjoyable. At first it doesn't seem like they're taking it seriously so everything feels all fine and dandy. The comedic beats are good. I think the story shines the brightest when the main characters get to bicker and banter lightheartedly. In a bad way...I think they fail to bridge the gap between the bickering comedy and the serious, vulnerable moments. The seme's personality flails wildly without explanation depending on which part of the story it is, andthe uke's personality slowly decays from the first chapter to the last, until by the end he's pretty much 85% typical Tsundere Uke.
Overall, an enjoyable story, but....could be better, really.
