Spoiler warning

This review may discuss plot details.

Spoilers ahead. Would give this a 8/10 but the way the story dealt with a huge plot twist was very disappointing. Will get into it later but apart from that, the manga is very captivating and had me wanting to read more. The characters, especially main couple, feel like real people. They make choices that gets reader scratching their heads in confusion and frustration, but it’s realistic for a persons reaction. The manga makes you remember there’s always two side of story. Plot twist: ML got SA by the tramp who plotted for the couples downfall from the very beginning. In the end it was made out tobe the husband’s fault that he was drugged and put into that situation and blackmailed. Opening up about SA is extremely difficult, even more so males, it was understandable he kept to himself. The lies and deceit the husband told the wife were hurtful and frustrating and that, he was in the wrong for. What he wasn’t in the wrong for was him being assaulted and yet in the end it was in a way, made to be his fault. If the author was going to bring this topic into the story, they should’ve dealt with it in a less harmful way that portrays male victims. The topic was brushed aside, and the husband didn’t get help for the trauma that happened to him.

Conclusion:
Still a good read and would recommend to people. It’s eye opening about the intricacies about relationships and I appreciated the subtle foreshadowing about the big reveal. Somewhat expected who the tramp was but didn’t expect how far the plot went. Wished the tramp rotted more in jail to repent though 🙄 The manga got me so invested that it has me making a review here, go give it a read.
