It's gold. The art is highly stylised, but lets it lean into the comedy as much as the romantic side. It takes a lot of the offputting cliches and tropes that are common in manga romance and deconstructs them into the irrelevant non-events they are. The two main chars are almost immediately paired up, inseparably, and the story focuses on them learning one another's quirks rather than any kind of real drama. They are the framing device, from then, which allows the story to show the knock on effects to other class members who start looking for partners. A highly enjoyable anti-drama story that's worth a view.
