Review of Attack on Titan: Final Season - The Final Chapters

Okay, as a person who read the ending the of manga first, I believe this was a bit better than what I was expecting. That is not to say it was what I wanted to see. In both this and the manga the ending of aot felt rushed, granted this feels version explains more on Ymir, Eren, and Mikasa interactions. The anime additions make the pace feel slow, extremely slow. AOT is a slightly above average story after you read/watch it, but as you are progressing through it for the first time it's a masterpiece. This is from the large amount of information not exposedto the reader until a certain point in the story. The author managed to do this well do to him planning backwards. He made rough idea of what he wanted the ending to be and made the story revolving on that ending. The problem comes in when the author was not that great of a writer at the start, and as his story making abilities were getting better, his original vision constrained him into to making this kind of conclusion. I would still recommend aot to others, but not as highly as before.
